90% of the goods at Italiana are made in Italy or by Italian artisans here in Australia, the rest is the excellence of Western Australia food artisans.

ERSILIA FESTA
Ersilia comes from Avellino (58 km from Naples – South of Italy) and has a long experience in the food industry, as retail and marketing manager, food blogger and customer service manager.
She likes to talk about food, buy food, prepare food, promote food, but, above all eat food! She loves to educate people to quality food choices and guide them through the best Mediterranean specialties.
ITALIANA IS A STATE OF LIFE and her motto is “Simplicity is the new Gourmet”.
